Elephant & Orca Design Studio offers made-to-order gifts and accessories. Many items are created specifically after an order is placed and may ship directly from one of our trusted production partners to help reduce processing time.

Processing Times
Processing times vary by product and production partner. Most items require time for printing, production, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, high-volume seasons, incorrect addresses, and production delays may affect delivery timelines.

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the product type and production location.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Some tracking updates may take time to appear, especially if multiple carriers are involved.

Event or Deadline Orders
If your order is needed for a specific event, trip, birthday, graduation, conference, or celebration, please order as early as possible. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless that timeline has been confirmed in writing before purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Elephant & Orca Design Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, mailroom, and with nearby neighbors. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us so we can review the tracking details and advise on next steps.
