Yes. Many Elephant & Orca Design Studio items are made to order, meaning production begins after your order is placed.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines vary by product and production partner. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless that timeline has been confirmed in writing before purchase. Please order early for birthdays, trips, graduations, conferences, and special events.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes, select items may include personalization such as names, initials, dates, or other approved details. Please review all personalization carefully before submitting your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may be sent to production quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging if damaged, and a brief description of the issue.
Do you offer bulk orders?

Can you create custom designs?

Do you sell officially licensed sorority or university merchandise?
Elephant & Orca Design Studio creates elevated inspired gifts and personalized pieces. Any official licensed merchandise will be clearly identified if available.
