Elephant & Orca Design Studio creates made-to-order gifts and accessories. Because many items are created specifically after purchase, returns and exchanges are handled based on the product type and order issue.

Made-to-Order Items
Most products are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production error, defect, or issue with the item received.

Personalized Items
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review all names, initials, dates, colors, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the item, a photo of the packaging if damaged, and a brief description of the issue.

Order Cancellations
Because orders may be sent to production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to shop or production error, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items
Custom, personalized, seasonal, clearance, and made-to-order items may be final sale unless there is a verified issue with the item.
